RBI winemakers will work with only one objective: to obtain maximum profitability through a quality wine that takes into account market preferences without losing the essence of the land and the personality of the area in which it sits.

RBI is not a traditional flying winemaker or flying winemaker because it does not seek to advise a winery to create a wine, not even a great wine.

RBI offers from the beginning, backed by the best experts in the country, a solid base from the vineyard with the choice of land, graft holders and varietal clones suitable to obtain a product of height, thus avoiding future frustrations both in Quality as in costs.

A group of tailored experts will solve unforeseen events such as atypical diseases in the vineyard, meteorological accidents and will assume with determination an oenological strategy at the beginning of the harvest. Great decisions that will guarantee the quality of the future wine.

Most business projects in the world of wine fail to independently consider the vineyard and the winery. And, an oenological project must have a defined strategic plan of the vineyard depending on the product that you want to obtain. From the oenological point of view, having a powerful own laboratory, provides innumerable advantages for RBI customers, both for the exhaustive control of wines in the cellar, as well as for exports, as impediments and obstacles are increasing imposed by the recipient country.

The most common are specific analytics that require qualified personnel such as reports of Histamines, Ocratoxins, Tri-Chloroanisoles, Tri-Bromophenols, Brettanomyces but there are many others we have at your disposal.
The commitment to quality moves many wineries to demand continuous controls and contract audits.

We also offer special services such as:

• Use as an expert in lawsuits due to breach of rules or incompetence of a provider in its supply.
• To prove in a purchase sale of wineries the non-existence of contamination of Brettanomyces and anisoles (taste to cork).
• Collaborate in the implementation of standards such as ISO.9000-2000, in the BRC, IFS environment 14001.
• A possible assessment of own facilities.

COMMERCIAL ADVICE

What RBI does, is a detailed analysis of the technical situation of the winery (vineyards, facilities, machinery, production processes …) and the present and future volume of it. In parallel, it analyzes with the owner-manager of the winery the positioning of the products in the market, studying the chosen marketing channels, the corporate image, the presentation of the product, the investments in marketing and the advertising that the company makes annually .

Once all the information on the winery has been collected and the data crossed with the competition that will be found within its market position, RBI presents a report with a commercial strategy to the winemaker according to commercial and economic criteria. The balance sheet also includes the human resources and the marketing plan necessary to carry out the project.
With this action, RBI places the winery in the market situation that best fits its structure, resources and the level of competition with which it will be found in the market.

For obvious reasons of incompatibility and unfair competition in the market, RBI does not market the wines of its client wineries, since they would coincide in many cases in style, price segment and market.

WINERY MANGEMENT

Given this growing need, RBI manages the movements of bulk wines that a winery needs, whether it is to buy or sell and putting at its service the team of technicians available to determine the quality of the wine requested and the adequacy or not to customer needs

Supported in our laboratory, we perform complete organoleptic and analytical analysis to check the state of the wine before offering it to the potential buyer and in many cases, we perform coupages between two or more wines to get what the customer is looking for.

The continued instability of the market and the difficulty in making sales forecasts, even though we base them on historical, make the wineries have to be more versatile than ever.
